New kitchen/diner

A kitchen created for ultimate open space, fit for wheelchairs and easy access to the kitchen area.

Structural wall was removed and a new RSJ was fitted to support the upstairs load bearing weight, this created a big open space to fit a new luxurious kitchen and granite tiles.

Within this whole project we supported the clients needs, and proceeded with them still living in the property with minimal disturbance to there day to day lives.

The floor here was very unlevel and had different heights from where the wall came down. We had to adapt the floor to suit heights and then completely board and tile the new open space, correct methods for tiling had to be achieved for ultimate bond and strength for these heavy expensive tiles.

We finished the kitchen with complete redecoration, and a neutral colour set the tone for the space created, a new bright, open, clean, big area kitchen.
